warranty & Returns

WARRANTY

For the majority of products we offer a 1 year Commercial warranty and a 2 year Domestic warranty.

FAULTY or DAMAGED GOODS

If any product is received in damaged condition or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact Zipper UK to report the fault and we will either replace the defective component as soon as possible or arrange to repair or replace the faulty product.
